Owners James and Vernice

James graduated Magna Cum
Laude with a BA Degree in Journalism from the University of North
Dakota. This degree, along with his 22+ years of writing resumes, gives
him an expertise that is unique to the industry.
He has been a newspaper
editor in the past and continues to write freelance articles for various
newspapers, magazines and journals. He writes on various topics, ranging
from the serious issues facing jobseekers in the 21st century to the
humorous escapades of a family trying to survive a weekend camping trip.
James also has a Small
Business Management Degree from the University of Minnesota, where he
won many local, state and national awards through college business
management competitions, including the Distributive Educational Clubs of
America (DECA) organization.
He has managed a multi-million dollar
retail establishment, trained, supervised and mentored a staff of 50
highly motivated professionals, and developed a keen insight into what
skills an employer desires in an employee.

Vernice has a comprehensive background in
personnel management, technology and graphic design, and is a published
